The retreat offers the ultimate chance to take time out of everyday routines and to reconnect with self, restoring vitality to the body and peace to the mind, releasing tension and blockages from the body and mind in order to create a deep sense of well being and joy.
The focus of this retreat will be on cultivating feeling refreshed and refocused to consciously create a life you dream of living with joy and enthusiasm.
Using the sacred tools of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation we will cultivate and harness the indwelling power and vitality of life force energy or Chi/Prana as it is sometime referred to, and a mind that is consciously open and clear.
Balancing body and mind allows us to experience the beauty and clarity of our true nature.
The morning sessions will focus on dynamic practise and transformation, using the dynamic yet healing practice of Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is sometimes referred to as the yoga of awareness it nurtures physical vitality combined with mental clarity and inner awareness. As such it allows for a very real experience of transformation creating a deeper connection to self and sense of inner vitality and peace.
The evening sessions will focus on rejuvenation and relaxation, using meditation, yoga nidra and gong baths. Guided meditation practices with the rejuvenating practice of Yoga Nidra enable a state of deepest relaxation and conscious awareness to be realised, supporting the body and mind to fully reboot and recharge. A wealth of research continues to support the power of relaxation and meditation to positively impact physical and emotional well-being. Gong baths are a form of sound therapy whereby the gong is played in a therapeutic way to bring about healing and deep relaxation.

Yoga and Meditation led by Ashley Jones
Ashley Jones is a London Based Kundalini yoga and meditation instructor. Ashley is a compassionate and intuitive teacher with over 10yrs experience to share. Her sessions are dynamic, friendly, fun and delivered with a down to earth approach. Ashley is also a life coach and massage therapist and thrives on creating the space for expansion and growth both on and off the mat. She believes there is a way through every perceived obstacle or block and encourages her students to tap into their full potential, and to remember always how amazing they are, no matter what may surface
